  • A course from CCX for churches wanting to be intentional about their health, depth and impact. It starts from the position that growth is not just about numbers but about going deeper in relationship with God and loving the people in your community, and that every church was started for those reasons even where that has since become hard to sustain.

    Who it is for

    Church leaders and their teams, in churches of any size and any tradition. Leaders are asked to bring a team of up to six people who can discern, pray for, guide and encourage them, so the thinking is shared rather than carried alone.

    How it runs

    Externally delivered by CCX in three modes at once: self-guided learning materials, one-to-one coaching for the church leader, and learning communities of churches meeting every three months. There is an attendance fee that varies by location, and CCX ask anyone for whom cost is a barrier to talk to them rather than drop out.
