A national programme that has supported churches for around twenty-five years, helping them grow in numbers, in spirituality, and in mission commitment to their community and the wider world. LYCiG describe it as not a one-off event but a process that changes culture, and the teaching is deliberately tried and tested rather than novel. The team are all people who have led growing churches themselves.

Clergy and lay leaders together, from any tradition and any size of church: city parishes, rural multi-parish benefices, market towns and urban estates. There is a separate youth and children strand.
How it runs
Three-day residential conferences built around the 7 Steps of Church Growth, combining practical workshops, interactive talks, worship and personal reflection, and time for conversation between leaders from different contexts. A set of follow-on courses lets a team take the learning home. Attendance is recorded here; the teaching happens elsewhere.

National residential conferences, with follow-on courses run locally. Upcoming: 19 to 21 October 2026 (Autumn National), 1 to 3 February 2027 (Winter National), and 18 to 20 October 2027 (Autumn).
